Itinerary Calendar

I've started putting our itinerary together on a calendar in Excel (using a template downloaded from vertex42) for us and for family members. That whole Day 1, Day 2... thing just wasn't working for me! I'm putting on destinations, hotels, flight information, and, perhaps, sightseeing for each day. This is making it much easier for me to "see" how the trip will flow. If I decide to, I can add links, but...

I may, if I have time, put together some information on Google Earth including adding pertinent links to each location. This will help me with my "research," and I know family will be interested as well.
